DIELECTRIC VOLTAGE WITHSTAND TEST - INDUCED POTENTIAL

J+ x! s1 ?- ?% a2 [ METHOD----Following the Applied Potential tests, the [primary] [secondary] winding of each transformer was subjected to an alternating potential of twice the [primary] [secondary] voltage rating as tabulated below.  During these tests, the [primary] [secondary] windings were open.  The frequency of the applied voltage was 400 Hz and was maintained for a period of 18 s.

part1 clause25.1 中提到这个测试是"between  the terminal to one winding"这个应该是只要测一个绕组就好了吧。
' a7 H6 B4 E9 e0 W6 q: t. J而且，这个测试是空载测试，任意一个绕组上施加电压，其他绕组都能感应到相应的电压，所以从理论上来说，任意绕组施加电压，对变压器的考量都能起到相同的效果。

8 w5 h6 s# n! z0 r2 X% v; b1 x这个测试项目的频率为400HZ,这是5085-2里的，而5085-3里的这项测试的要求是 the dielectric voltage withstand test after rated output heating test, twice the rated voltage was applied to the transformer's winding with the remaining [winding] open circuited.  The frequency of the applied voltage potential was not less than twice the rated frequency and was maintained for a period of 7200 c.

Part2 和 part 3 不是都说按照part1 来做么？

这些数值很多都是UL定的，会根据很多方面来考虑。
