在IEC61558里,这点是很明确的,但UL5085-3标准里就不太明白;
+ D7 z- P- t/ K 现在我们有一款UL5085-3的变压器,在25°C下进行冷态短路测试出现冒烟流脓现象(保护装置失灵),
0 W( r1 [9 Q6 i6 z" |! b) x 而在105°C环境温度下进行温升稳定以后再热态短路测试就是正常的(正常保护了),

If the operationof an automatic thermal control during the test limits the temperatures under observation,
