L,N两极与保护接地之间有5000pF的X电容，1s后插头L,N和地之间的放电要测试吗？

IEC 61347-1 第10.2条的0.5UF的限值和这个0.1UF的限值有联系吗？

0.1uF： 用插头与电源连接的、导轨连接器连接的、带可触及触点的连接器连接的灯具，如果灯具含有一个超过0.1uF的电容，应装有放电装置，使得断开电源1秒后，插头两插销之间电压不超过34V。

0.5uF: 上述灯具之外的灯具，如果内含电容器超过0.5uF, 放电装置应使得断开电源1分钟后，电容器两端电压不超过50V
