安全特低电压部分的材料对耐燃是否有要求？

GB47.6.1标准 30.2.3.1章中指出“支撑正常工作期间载流超过0.2A的连接件的绝缘材料部件，以及距这些连接处3mm范围内的绝缘材料，其灼热丝的燃烧指数至少为850……”，在这里只是对电流的范围有要求，而没有对电压作要求。那么，在安全特低电压部分，与超过0.2A载流体相距3mm以内的绝缘材料是否也要达到850的燃烧指数？

可能引起着火的是电流产生的发热，与电压无关。

我不太明白您的意思？？？实际就是，铜箔导线的实际载流超过了0.2A，而距铜箔（或元件引脚）3mm以内的外壳非金属材料。

The glow-wire test of IEC 60695-2-11 is not applicable to:
– hand-held appliances;
– appliances that have to be kept switched on by hand or foot;
– appliances that are continuously loaded by hand;
– parts supporting welded connections and parts within a distance of 3 mm of these
connections;
– parts supporting connections in low-power circuits described in 19.11.1 and parts within a
distance of 3 mm of these connections;
– soldered connections on printed circuit boards and parts within a distance of 3 mm of
these connections;
– connections on small components on printed circuit boards, such as diodes, transistors,
resistors, inductors, integrated circuits and capacitors not directly connected to the supply
mains, and parts within a distance of 3 mm of these connections.
NOTE 6 Some applications of the term "within a distance of 3 mm" are shown in Figures O.5.
