UL1598 对 Barrier 的厚度要求

5.4.1 A barrier shall be constructed of one of the following:
(e) a polymeric material that complies with Clause 5.7.1.6.
5.7.1.6 A polymeric material used as a barrier shall:
(a) have a minimum HB flammability rating or comply with the horizontal burning flame test of
Clause 16.25;
(b) have a temperature rating equal to or greater than its maximum operating temperature in
the luminaire;
(c) for molded or formed thermoplastic parts, comply with the mold stress-relief test of Clause
16.4; and
(d) comply with the barrier strength test of Clause 16.1.

根据以上条文，是没有规定厚度但是需要满足测试要求。UL要求你满足0.71mm的厚度要求可能是还有其他条款需要满足。

请参考UL8750这两段条款，意思是如果UL1598等标准没有规定或者要求不一样，UL8750的机械、电气要求必须满足。也就是执行最严格的标准要求。

误解？应该理解为如果最终产品的标准没有要求的结构，必须要符合这本标准？

UL 8750对挡板的要求为0.71mm

这句话的意思是，成品标准上没有覆盖到的，以8750为准。如果产品标准有提到的，以成品标准为准
