有没有一个标准说出口欧盟的电炸锅必须要有地线？

好像是2007年，我们公司出口到欧洲的电炸锅（油炸锅）全部改了接线，在加热器、温控器和限温器上增加了地线端子，用导线串联至电源线的地线。没改前是没有地线的，电源线的地线也剪掉不用。我想问下，这个是强制性的吗？有标准可查吗？

按 I类器具的话，一定要有接地线。

公司的电炸锅是属于I类电器。
“1类：有工作绝缘，有接地端点和接地线，规定必须接地或接零。接地线必须使用外表为黄绿色双色的铜芯导线，接触电阴应不大0.1欧姆。”在网上找到上面一句话。出自哪里呢？

接地电阻的要求
The voltage drop between the earthing terminal of the appliance or the earthing contact of the appliance inlet and the accessible metal part is measured. The resistance calculated from the current and this voltage drop shall not exceed 0,1 Ω.
