4 g% l# Q F( u4 {1. 48小时耐久测试之后标准中并没有要求进行绝缘电阻的测试评估,所以测试条件无从谈起;至于耐压测试肯定是要在耐久测试结束之后立即进行,测试电压为15章节中要求的电压值的75%(之前UL 745-1中要求的是50%的电压值,或者根据工厂的要求选择75%或100%)。

2. 至于碳粉黏附在电机表面而导致耐压击穿,个人认为应该判定为不合格。理由是耐久测试的时候,每种电压条件下机器应放置在不同的三个位置上工作,为的就是避免碳粉的非正常聚积:
