及自願性產品驗證工廠檢查作業要點”制定此說明資料。This information is
prepared according to “Commodity RPC/VPC factory inspection procedure” and
“Commodity RPC/VPC factory inspection operation guidance”
＊2.申請對象：欲辦理驗證登錄符合性評鑑程序七及自願性產品驗證之工廠檢

前(3)~(9)項若為外文者，ETC 得要求申請人加附中文譯本。

complete, we’ll not establish project, however in some cases, we can accept

(四) 收費依本中心之規定。(Inspection fee will follow our center’s requirement)
! H3 S$ ?5 b$ `# d+ g1 [* `4.檢查人天原則視工廠申請範圍多寡/人數等情形而定，並經客戶確認。
(Inspection man-day will depend on the applied product category (ies)/factory employees
and confirmed with applicant)
5.檢查項目：(Audit Items)

(4) 基本檢測設備。(Elementary inspection/testing equipment)

  p$ U# _4 a8 B$ e& g(10) 經濟部標準檢驗局對個別商品種類訂定之工廠檢查特定要
求。)Other special requirement from BSMI for specific product)
3 p; e) l2 _7 `, z# s: E  K6.初次工廠檢查結果符合規定者，將發給工廠檢查報告。(Inspection certificate will
be issued after positive review of initial factory inspection)
' N; S  ^% F  _; q1 f" a/ ?7.以工廠檢查報告取得商品驗證登錄之生產廠場，須接受後續工廠檢查的安
6 u: }$ P% f3 y) L6 ?8 l! V/ Y9 _排，原則上每年至少一次，但情況特殊者得增加檢查次數。(Factory registered
7 i% \# f, n. f5 b0 b: v- ^under RPC with factory inspection report must be inspected periodically, once per year in
3 \) s* c/ d! h2 a' p/ Athe minimum; however inspection frequency can be increased in some special situation)
8.後續工廠檢查時應執行取樣，查核與驗證登錄模式二原型式之一致性，必要
時進行測試。(During performing follow up inspection, sample request is required to
check the consistency with original product type as mentioned in module 2, also test
+ H! J, d6 w3 \: Oconduction if necessary.)
