The procedure in IEC 60589 utilises conical flasks with reflux condensors, platinised platinum
# H% [9 u4 [1 q' m# Zelectrodes, a conductivity cell and a resistance bridge. This appears to be a chemical standard rather
* K& i6 Z* u: ^, ]5 v* |than an appropriate electrical test laboratory measurement technique.5 p/ L- r: Y# n! N* f1 n- U
Are CBTL:
