求教:怎样确定温升测试时间?

看了寒烟翠以下链接的文章后,真是受益颇多。只是对试验稳定条件建立时所对应的时间没有明确的定义。

在有些标准中有定义:
1.引用kuiyin001 \Hand-held appliances are operated for 20 min.
Other appliances are operated until steady conditions are established.--60335-2-32 章节11.7

2.The temperature is considered to be stabilized when three successive readings, taken at intervals of 10 percent of the previously elapsed duration of the test but not less than 5 minutes indicate no change.---UL859 /37.1.10

IEC60598:
12.4.1f    Measurements shall not be taken until the luminaire has stabilized thermally, i.e. temperatures are changing at a rate less than 1 °C per hour.
UL1029:
21.1.6 A thermocouple-measured temperature is to be considered constant if three successive readings, taken at not less than 15-minute intervals, indicate no upward change.
UL1278:
39.1.8 To determine whether a heater complies with the requirement in 39.1.1, it is to be operated continuously until constant temperatures have been reached. A temperature is considered to be constantwhen three successive readings, taken at intervals of 10 percent of the previously elapsed duration of thetest (but not less than 5-minute intervals), indicate no change.
4. 引用寒烟翠:所谓的稳定的意思是一个小时内温度上升不超过1度就可以停止测试,当然是指所有的点;不知是通标EN60335中哪个章节?5.UL1082第33.1.8条等等
请各路高手多多指点及补充。

在IEC 60335﹣1通标中没有针对试验的稳定状态作出详细的解释
在一些特标中会规定出试验截至的状态
但大多数都仅仅是说工作到稳定状态
个人认为
稳定分两种,一种是达到一定限值后不再升高,另一种是动态的平衡(波动在一定范围内)
针对第一种情况严格来说是要温升在一定时间内不超过一定值,比如一小时一度,但在实际操作起来非常困难,那么采用十分钟内上升不超过一度或两度,最后取值比实测温升高五度。
针对第二种情况要采取多周期测量,反复重复几次,会有一个周期是最高峰,取值就取最高峰的峰值
要是纯从标准来说我认为IEC体系与UL体系不能完全适用,标准不能针对所有器具进行规定
拿电磁炉来说,电磁炉的11章标准中也没有考虑到太多情况,最后还是通过一些会议得到的一些结论

ul有具体说明,IEC60598也有具体说明每小时波动不超过1k
