4楼的已说明了Y连接的要点，目前国内检测机构判定Y连接的肯定要特殊螺钉，并且要二个以上，就是要对角拧住

CQC的技术专家组说要，IEC家电主席有这么一翻答疑：
Is a special type screw essential for a type Y attachment appliance？
——No – because what is a “special screw” Generally there are no special screws available these days because it is very easy to get an appropriate screw driver to fit the screw.

Is a declaration in introduction as 7.12.5 enough ？
——Yes according to field experience with the application of the requirement.

所以在国内，除CQC认证或3C认证外也是不适用的。tc04不能代替我国家电标委员对标准进行解释。

但是，做CE，CB，GS的话，除了国家的认证机构，都不对这个有要求。
