same info in Clause 8.12.1.101.1 shall be re-considered, please note this clause is dealing with "safety instruction" not assembling/operating, etc.

Also safety instruction shall be compulsory, the sentences normally beginning with "Do not......", "Use only........", etc instead of the ones in the draft standard "instructions to......"
