关于家用电器使用的电线的问题!
请问:是不是在EN60335-1中有说明
0.5MM2的以下线不用过VDE认证
只要随整机一起认证就可以了 不知道您指的是什么产品?但是如果是交流电源线的话,应该是要做VDE认证的 无论是内部电源线还是外部电源线(只要是用于危险电压的)都需要认证! 引用第0楼第七根肋骨于2007-08-09 19:52发表的 关于家用电器使用的电线的问题! :

从哪里得来的消息呢? 36伏以上都要认证 所有的电源线都要做认证 导线都是要认证的吧,0.5mm2这种只是限制电流大小罢了 导线本身是没有VDE认证的,除UL设计导线认证外,象227IEC08等导线也只有我们的CCC认证涉及,根本就没有VDE认证的。但电缆则有。所以现在我们做出口强电线都尽量用UL线。实在是找不到VDE认证的导线,而我们的CCC则认证公司又不认可。 关于家用电器使用的电线的问题!

是用在哪里?电源线还是内部线!欧洲认证内部线是可以做随机测试的!
但电源线一般是要有认证的,做随机也可以但要加不少费用! 以下是EN60335:2002关于电线须有认证的要求:
25.7 Supply cords shall not be lighter than
– braided cord (code designation 60245 IEC 51), if allowed in the relevant part 2;
– ordinary polychloroprene sheathed flexible cord (code designation 60245 IEC 57);
– ordinary tough rubber sheathed cord (code designation 60245 IEC 53);
– flat twin tinsel cord (code designation 60227 IEC 41), if allowed in the relevant part 2;
– light polyvinyl chloride sheathed cord (code designation 60227 IEC 52), for appliances
having a mass not exceeding 3 kg;
– ordinary polyvinyl chloride sheathed cord (code designation 60227 IEC 53), for appliances
having a mass exceeding 3 kg.
When supply cords having high flexibility are used, they shall not be lighter than
– rubber insulated and sheathed cord (code designation 60245 IEC 86);
– rubber insulated, crosslinked PVC sheathed cord (code designation 60245 IEC 87);
– crosslinked PVC insulated and sheathed cord (code designation 60245 IEC 88).
NOTE A lower number in the code designation of the cord in IEC 60227 or IEC 60245 indicates a lighter type.
NOTE Z1 The harmonized code designations corresponding to the IEC cord types are given in Annex ZD.
Polyvinyl chloride sheathed cords shall not be used for appliances if the temperature rise of
external metal parts exceeds 75 K during the test of clause 11. However, they may be used if
– the appliance is constructed so that the supply cord is not likely to touch such metal parts
in normal use;
– the supply cord is appropriate for higher temperatures. In this case, type Y attachment
or type Z attachment shall be used.
Compliance is checked by inspection and by measurement.
