请教一个关于60335中导体线径问题
3.1.6rated current
current assigned to the appliance by the manufacturer
NOTE If no current is assigned to the appliance, the rated current is
– for heating appliances, the current calculated from the rated power input and the rated voltage;
– for motor-operated appliances and combined appliances, the current measured when the appliance is supplied at rated voltage and operated under normal operation.

If an appliance is marked with rated current, the current at normal operating
temperature shall not deviate from the rated current by more than the deviation shown in
table 2.

Conductors of supply cords shall have a nominal cross-sectional area not less than
that shown in table 11.
根据标准25.8中表格11描述导体的线径由额定电流决定;而额定电流又是由厂家定义(3.1.6);并且额定电流按照10.2规定,可以有偏差。
问题:一个电动器具,厂家定义额定电压:230 V ~/50 Hz 额定电流:10A, 但实际测试10.2中电流为5A,按照10.2的规定电动器具额定电流大于1.5A只有正偏差的要求,则厂家这样定义符合要求。
在这种情况下,我们是按照实际测试的电流来决定电源线的线径或按厂家定义的额定电流来决定电源线的线径?如上面例子是至少0.75mm²的线径符合要求,还是按照厂家定义的额定电流至少要1.0mm²才符合要求?
另外,请问表格11规定的根据载流量来选择线径有引用哪一份标准吗? 按额定电流,而不是实测电流。 特殊规格有负偏差!额定电流不能按只按通用要求来定,还要结合特殊要求才可以的。
标准IEC60335-2-14的第3章如下:
3 Definitions
This clause of Part 1 is applicable except as follows.
3.1.9 Replacement:
normal operation
operation of the appliance under the conditions specified in 3.1.9.101 to 3.1.9.119, or at rated
power input if this is more unfavourable
NOTE 101 If the conditions are not specified, the appliance is operated with the most unfavourable load indicated
in the instructions.
NOTE 102 Rated power input is obtained by applying a constant torque to the appliance placed in its normal
position of use and without subjecting it to imbalance forces greater than those occurring in normal use.
NOTE 103 Operation at rated power input is considered to be more unfavourable if the power input determined
during the test of 10.1 differs from the rated power input by more than
• –20 % for appliances having a rated power input not exceeding 300 W;

电动器具:测试时是带最大负载测的吗?如果是5A,0.75mm²的线径符合要求 10A要1.0mm²才符合要求
也有奸商特意标大电流,买个高价钱,测下电流及马达温升,再定规格吧!
表格11规定的根据载流量来选择线径没有引用标准,是根据实际使用和测试情况.由专家们讨论定下来的 我觉得要按所标的额定电流来,毕竟要留安全系数,测试的时候负载怎么带的?实际用的时候超负载运行的情况也会存在啊.载流量的标准,可以参考论坛上的这个贴:http://www.angui.org/bbs/read.php?tid-175.html 电动器具的功率标准不能超过+15%,所以工厂经常把功率作小,建议你拆掉所有配件和机器外壳,单独测试电机,看看电机是不是和你们当初下订单时的要求一样,从你提供的电流值来看,应该是电机偏小,很明显2300W的机器,变成了1150W。负载也会明显变小。 只有5A的器具,你非要标10A,当然你要付出一定的代价。按照10A来考核电源线的线径。 引用第6楼飞龙在天于2007-08-06 21:26发表的:

完全正解! 如果是实际测试输入电流是11A,但标的额定电流是10A,线长超过2m,那是按额定电流选1.0mm^2,还是按实际测试选1.5mm^2? 标识有问题
