other capactiors是哪些电容？（60335-1）
60335-1的table 3电容的温升限制Outer surface of capacitors h:
– with marking of maximum operating temperature (T) T－25
– without marking of maximum operating temperature:
• small ceramic capacitors for radio and television interference suppression 50
• capacitors complying with IEC 60384-14 50
• other capacitors 20
Note h: There is no limit for the temperature rise of capacitors that are short-circuited in 19.11.
如这个note中所说，在19.11中可以短路的电容是不限制其温升的，
而在19.11.2中说明了c) short circuit of capacitors, unless they comply with IEC 60384-14;
只要是不符合IEC60384-14的电容，都是要做短路的。
这样问题来了，可以做短路试验的电容不用限制温升，不符合60384-14的要做短路，那么从table 3中的分类来看，符合了60384的电容温升限制是50，不符合60384的就不管，在19章做短路就好，那么表中的"other capacitors" Temp rise 20是针对什么电容来说的 呢？
没人知道么？ 你把11章和19章混在一起了，分开就能理解了。 我不这样认为，一份标准应该是前后贯通保持一致性的，虽然各章侧重不同，但是不应该有冲突的地方，那样只能认为标准的说法不严谨了。 Note h: There is no limit for the temperature rise of capacitors that are short-circuited in 19.11.

(table3里的note) 没仔细看你的贴子, 还确实是有这个h note.
但是瞄了一下19节, 其实并不矛盾的.
你要看19.11.2具体是指在什么电路上, 它并代表所有的电路, 除了此类电路, 还有些满足19.11.1 和19.11.3的电路, 它们中的电容并没有被要求按19.11.2短路掉, 我想other capacitors应该就是这两节所涵盖的电容, 当然要去掉上面这些所列的电容.
