虽然11章里没有定义，但见335-2-15的第19.102的急冷实验里有提到用15 °C ± 5 °C的冷水
19.102 Kettles incorporating two self-resetting thermal cut-outs are operated with one of
the thermal cut-outs short circuited. The kettle is operated empty at 0,85 times rated power
input or 1,15 times rated power input, whichever is more unfavourable.
Within 2 s of the other thermal cut-out operating, the kettle is filled with water having a
temperature of 15 °C ± 5 °C. After 1 min, the kettle is emptied.
The test is carried out 100 times.
