EN 60335-2-14:2006 已於2007年4月1日正式開始實施, 在這一版本將Blender分類成一般 Blender(包含 food blender, liquid blender) 和 cordless blender, 並增列相關產品的測試
在以往針對 Hand-held kitchen machines 只能定義成Class II 或Class III, 但在新版有做了些許修正, 允許此類產品定義成 Class 0 或Class I, 如果額定電壓小於150V
在量測Input 時, 操作時間也了新的定義: A representative period is a time period of 2 min or the time specified in 11.7 for one cycle of operation, whichever is shorter.
溫升測試的測試時間除了根據標準所規定的方法外, 如需依照說明書來測試, 測試時間如下:
1. The maximum period stated in the instructions plus 1 min, for specified operating periods not exceeding 7 min;
2. The maximum period stated in the instructions, for specified operating periods exceeding 7 min
