如何理解IEC 60335-1中的3.6.1(non-detachable part)和3.6.2(detachable part)？(已
根据定义：3.6.1: non-detachable part
part that can only be removed or opened with the aid of a tool or a part that fulfills the test of 22.11
3.6.2: detachable part
part that can be removed without the aid of a tool, a part that is removed in accordance with the instructions for use, even if a tool is needed for removal, or a part that does not fulfil the test of 22.11
NOTE 1If for installation purposes a part has to be removed, this part is not considered to be
detachable even if the instructions state that it is to be removed.
NOTE 2Components that can be removed without the aid of a tool are considered to be
detachable parts.
NOTE 3A part that can be opened is considered to be a part that can be removed.
如何理解3.6.2中的：甚至于（即使）使用工具来移除（拆卸）？
这里的“TOOL”和上面3.6.1中的“TOOL”有什么区别呢？

根据定义：

这两处所使用的术语“a tool ”的含义，并无区别。。。
下面对此作一个说明，（可能没有标准说得那么严谨）
不可拆卸部件：要使用工具才能取下。
可拆卸部件：不借用工具就能取下，或按使用说明书可以被取下（可以使用工具）。
总结：按使用说明书的说明来使用工具取下的部件，可以算作可拆卸部件。 还有3.6.2中的NOTE 3该怎么理解？
NOTE 3 ： 可以被打开的部件被认为是可拆卸的部件。
而根据3.6.1： 不可拆卸部件是指：只有使用工具才能移开或者打开的部件或能通过22.11测试的部件

咨询了技术经理后，理清了，给有同样疑问的朋友做个参考：
3.6.2中说的是：在使用时需要拆卸掉的部件，就认为是可拆卸部件。
NOTE 1中 的安装过程中拆卸掉的部件不认为可拆卸部件。
NOTE 3中 的可以打开是指使用时需要打开的部件（比如冰箱、微波炉的门）也认为是可拆卸部件。 4楼正解。总结：
可拆卸部件分：
（1）在说明书中明确告知用户 （而非安装人员）要打开的均属于可拆部件，既使需使用工具。
（2）不需工具就可拆开的
（3）不能经受住22.11的
上述“工具”均同3.6.1的定义 不可拆卸部件：像电脑小音响,一般与外壳连在一起,你是拔不出来的.
可拆卸部件：像电脑主机上的插头,一拔就出来了 发现一个误区, 大家请注意, non-detachable part 和not datachable的定义范围是不同的,不要翻成中文统统成了不可拆卸部件就混为一谈了. 两处的tool是同一个意思
指的用来拧螺丝或其他固定的装置的螺丝刀，硬币或其它任何东西
