IEC60335中19.13 有一条是说 After the operation or interruption of a control, clearances and creepage distances across the functional insulation shall withstand the electric strength test of 16.3, the test voltage, however, being twice the working voltage.
谁知道如何解释 第一句话的呢? 我手上的翻译资料是 "在工作和被控制器中断后" ,请问各位大虾是如何理解这句话的呢?
