Firstly, you must know how to get the UL labels:
1.get the UL approval, that is to say, you must have the UL file, then
2. you must have the order and the manufacturing plan, then
3. Use this plan and order to apply for the UL label which you required from UL, then
4. You can get your label which you ordered from the local IC.

Besides above, you must record the label use(series No, issue No. File No....), and the UL field representative will count how many are used and how many are balanced, and all this kind of information is related with you UL file No.
