靠红外线反射测距？

这个东西不熟悉。

需要做什么强制认证？EMC电磁兼容。还有激光头测试强制吗，按哪个标准？ 62471还是60285, 听说60285已经废止了，是不是真的？

IEC/EN 60825-1 is applicable to laser product only. If your product does not have the Laser diode inside, this standard is not necessary. One the other hand, if your product gets laser diode, this standard will be used to determine the Laser CLASS.

IEC/EN 62471 is only suitable for lighting product only. Your Ultrasonic Range Finder seems nothing related to lighting or lamp. Hence, this standard is also not necessary.

For EMC, EN55011 and EN61000-6-1 will be used. If your product can be connected to AC Mains directly or indirectly, the EN61000-3-2 and EN61000-3-3 are also applicable.
