specified new requirements and new test methods for certain toys. Some of the affected clause

produce hazardous sharp points, or protrude through the toy cover, when tested by the7 \) V# ?1 N, e2 S( V* \

Requirements for temperature rises are defined for toy containing non-electrical heat( n- L$ Y$ ?1 I2 T' _7 z% D" d
