首先感谢F老大的回复，可以确认吹风机是swivel connection，又是手持式，截面积为1.0mm2.
那么在25.14，是否还要做6/min,10000次的摇摆？
6 N5 W" g$ \* @2 @8 S在25.15，拉力值从30N增加到60N.
7 _, t2 W, e$ [4 F8 L在25.101，在1.25倍的额定电流下工作，绕主轴旋转，转速为50r/min,每20转改变一次转动方向，试验持续20000次。

可能不明白的是红色字体部分，前面说对这种旋转接电施加10N/20N作用力，NOTE又说这种不做。

9 V" `8 S, C+ u看了某机构的测试报告，原来前半部分施加力按照60335-2-23的20N/10N,摇摆测试条件按照通标的90度，10000次，60次/min。这样也行？
