综上可见,封装的线路部分,爬电距离和电气间隙是可以不做要求的,之前和一些朋友探讨过灌胶问题,得出结论:如果仅仅对线路板灌胶那是不行的,两种物质结合面有电的游走空间,爬电距离不会因此明显减少,这点毫无疑问了。但是问题上升到假如不对线路板灌胶,我把线路板密封在一个盒子里,由工厂封装,不破坏产品进入不到里面,外壳等等机械强度满足标准要求。请问这种情况按照以上条款能否判通过??如果不能,那么以上三个节选的标准条款到底有存在的必要吗?3 }5 D7 A$ ]" W' N
标准为什么作出这样的条款,是不是说如果破坏产品才能触及内部的话,内部的线路部分满足功能需求即可,不会在使用中产生危险。就算爬电距离很短也不会有危险。当然要整机在满足有关耐久、耐压、振动、防水防尘等等测试条件下。
