1. No requirements are specified for the suitability of mains cords when the range of
, p' \8 x. y& z" _Certified temperatures (max 250°C as far as I know) are exceeded 550°C surface

2. The temperature rating of the appliance coupler is not based on temperature of the heating
equipment that is able to generate, it is based on temperature of the contacts. Therefore there
is no relation in the way as it is written in IEC61010-1 standard.
