Question: In sub clause 7.1, there is the following text: “ Portable hairdryer, curling irons
and similar appliances shall be marked with the substance of the following warning:
2 U( Q$ Z0 B* p2 ?  ]9 `WARNING: Do not use this appliance near water contained in bath-tubs, basins or
other vessels (or appropriate symbol)”

' ~, ^; y# D6 k' x7 ?“portatif” in French means “hand-held” which is quite different than portable.
