( Y* Q0 c. N% U& R8 a% ?6 D  j- the material of PCB withstands the burning test of sub-clause 20.1 of IEC 65,
- there are no loosened conductor which reduces creepage distances and clearances

- when the test of sub-clause 19.11.2 is conducted with the open-circuited conductor
bridged, an other part of the PCB blow up,
  Q2 T& {7 J, L! Lare the requirements of sub-clause 19.11 fulfilled?
Decision: The circuit complies with the clause of the standard, if the conductor of the
PCB is considered as a intentionally weak part of the circuit.
