Layers of insulation thermally bonded together are considered as one piece unless by the use
7 j2 ?) J. {* J1 iof a microscope or any other appropriate means it is possible to determine the number of) T& @2 l$ y0 S* F
layers. When the number of layers have been determined ( i.e. 2 for supplementary and 3 for
, J( P8 j+ P9 H/ Q9 u$ L' \0 oreinforced insulation), the manufacturer is to supply separately the layers, or samples of
( E/ _: a1 x# ?material at various stages of the manufacturing process. The manufacturer shall also provide
