  v& k6 d2 ~* I8 k0 Ioccurs: “This new edition of Part 1 is only to be used in conjunction with parts 2
based on this edition. The Parts 2 contain clauses of this Part 1 in order to
provide the relevant requirements for each type of transformers”. However, only
3 sections of Parts 2 (2-1, 2-2 and 2-7) are based on the second edition of part 1

A) How do we deal with manufacturers that wish to use the second edition of
