标题: 第三方检测报告OK,但客户自己测试样品失败
有一产品英国插座做CE认证,第三方检测OK,也拿到了CE证书,但客户自己拿样品做测试失败,不知道为何.下面为具体测试事项,请大家帮忙看下.
测试项目绝缘测试.测试标准如下.
BS7288 的第8.7章节的第A项 between all incoming terminals of poles in turn with the s,r.c,d contacts closed. if an auxiliary source or electronic control curcuit is required to closed the contacts this maybe disconnected .

客户的报告是这样的:
when measured between the incoming live and neutral terminals,and with the s.r.c.d contacts closed.the insulstion resistance was found to be only 0.13 M, while the standard requires a mininum of 0.5M ,this is considered to be due to the electronic components within the circuit and therefore not a safity issue.

你查看一下第三方的测试报告，看上面怎么描述，结果是多少

应该是你的样机没装好啊，明显尺寸要求都没有达标啊！

谢谢同志们的关注,其实现在的焦点是,客户那边测试是没有断开电子元器件直接打的L.N进线端子,而我实验室做测试的时候是断开打的.但至于第三方机构,我猜想肯定也是打了的,而客户测的是0.13M,明显是没有断开....现在的问题是应该不应该断开.......与间隙没有关系,也与产品的安装工艺也没有关系,......

我的产品在L .N之间有压敏电阻等电子元件...但客户既然这样打了,应该有他的道理......因为我觉得任何一个有常识的人都知道要断开电子元件打..而且这个机构在英国还是挺牛的....心里有点矛盾....
