在IEC 60335﹣1通标中没有针对试验的稳定状态作出详细的解释 " `8 m( d6 c8 i# G d在一些特标中会规定出试验截至的状态 $ f5 p% k9 P2 e x: [8 w L但大多数都仅仅是说工作到稳定状态 ' h4 O9 g! m, L. T: ?$ O个人认为 1 G2 z, L, x4 D# z. B. P6 y3 |8 j稳定分两种,一种是达到一定限值后不再升高,另一种是动态的平衡(波动在一定范围内) ! {2 T/ _6 @+ L3 N, E针对第一种情况严格来说是要温升在一定时间内不超过一定值,比如一小时一度,但在实际操作起来非常困难,那么采用十分钟内上升不超过一度或两度,最后取值比实测温升高五度。 - ^3 B( X! R \- H8 [3 m8 J针对第二种情况要采取多周期测量,反复重复几次,会有一个周期是最高峰,取值就取最高峰的峰值 ?$ A6 T4 H. L9 \* Q9 V7 K& R
要是纯从标准来说我认为IEC体系与UL体系不能完全适用,标准不能针对所有器具进行规定* ~7 z% }* ^' Z8 r7 ~

ul有具体说明,IEC60598也有具体说明每小时波动不超过1k
