这种产品不好定位。

垫子底下是填充的，可以当成4.5条款来做吧？

一定是 clause 4.5
不是4.4 因它不是四面包圍

用4.4 和4.5.
4.5很清楚，但大家可能错过4.4。
$ v& U" Q- l$ ?& Y! p( E" c' a要注意， 玩具的测试除了要考虑正常使用，更要考虑到使用者可能误用的状况，这个东西很容易让家长搭块布上去，形成一个Wigwam。

木偶剧场也不是四面都封闭， 玩具隧道也不一定是（通常两端都开活口），难道不需要作4.4的相关测试吗？

According to New Toy Directive 2009/48/EC and pr EN 71 - 2: 2010

, Q$ y' D5 t# P  Y+ GA toy intened for use by children under 36 months must be designed and manufactured in such a way that it can cleaned. A textile toy shall, to this end, be washable, except if it contains a mechanism that may be damaged if soak washed.

Maybe i explain more clearly, this the playmet is not entered by a child

you should read the heading of clause 4.4

if you say add a large cloth to cover the playmet

+ ?4 M8 u9 |5 Btherefore, the large fabric should meet the flammability requirement, not the playmet

and the action are already over the intended use of the playmet
