麻烦英语高手帮忙翻译一下一下句子，是COFFEE MAKER的一个测试来的，还想问一下怎么做!谢谢...

Clause 19.103
The appliance with container incorrectly position or removed. The water discharge pipe is incorrectly positioned if this is more unfavorable. The appliance is operated in normal operation but for one cycle only. After the test, the product must be withstand Hi-pot test and complied with clearance and creepage distance (if appliances with detachable liquid container).

带不正确放置或移动容器的器具,
出水管不正确放置, 如果这样更为不利.
器具按正常操作一个周期
做完测试,器具必须仍然能通过高压测试,爬电距离和电气间隙仍然要符合要求(如果器具是带可分离的液体容器)

不了解你们测试,句子不是很通顺

容器放在错误的位置或移开(取最恶劣情况)
按CL.11.8测试,只做一循环,做完打高压,视检爬电距离,电气距离
还有增加条款,不知你产品是否要做

容器放在最不利的位置或移开.若排水管放置在最不利位置对整个更不利,则就按此条件来进行.产品按正常运转只做一个循环,测试完成后,产品必须仍然能通过高压测试,爬电距离和电气间隙仍然要符合要求(如果器具是带可分离的液体容器)
