这个判定依据什么?很多人会想到IEC60335(EN60335,GB4706):8 k. Y* |- J( {* d+ ^3 U% a
Polyvinyl chloride sheathed cords shall not be used for appliances if the temperature rise of external metal parts exceeds 75 K during the test of clause 11. However, they may be used if
3 P3 e0 u0 ?* n5 M' j" }3 {7 b– the appliance is constructed so that the supply cord is not likely to touch such metal parts in normal use;
- a# t/ p, h  s; ?3 L! Z2 W& x– the supply cord is appropriate for higher temperatures. In this case, type Y attachment or type Z attachment shall be used.$ G" w; |9 D0 D+ G9 D
聚氯乙烯护套软线,不应使用于在第11章试验期间其外部金属部件的温升超过75K 的器具。但如果为下述情况,则可以使用:
/ T  C' ?. q. k* [2 f( n— 器具的结构使得电源软线在正常使用中不可能触及上述那些金属部件;, M7 z  H0 I( @7 ]: A5 I7 D
—电源软线是适合于高温的,在这种情况下,应使用Y型连接或Z型连接方式。

编制软线确实不可随意使用!
4 Y& l" U4 ]' }8 }3 `: TIEC60335-1(Editio 4.2)(GB4706.1-2005)要求:0 f5 N+ a/ F. ?
25.7 Supply cords shall not be lighter than
/ u; `6 S( K+ r, b0 j. Q7 L3 O– braided cord (code designation 60245 IEC 51), if allowed in the relevant part 2;
+ k5 ~! ^/ S( s9 t+ `$ H8 c1 b& ?要使用编制软线,需要标准第2部分(特标)允许。请看,有几个特标允许用编制软线!% P# e' F% f9 E( u
+ v- \1 Q  {+ m9 n" [
而IECIEC60335-1(Editio 4.2)似乎已经取消了编织线的使用,且相应条款25.7做了较大改动:( p4 f! H6 r" K' ]# W
25.7 Supply cords shall be one of the following types:

Their properties shall be at least those of cross-linked polyvinyl chloride sheathed cords

NOTE 3 These cords are suitable for appliances when they may come into contact with hot surfaces. Due to the composition of the conductors, the cords are suitable for applications where high flexibility is required.

/ p% @. }; S( _These cords shall not be used if they are likely to touch metal parts having a temperature# j/ ~, @" Y' l2 o
rise exceeding 75 K during the test of Clause 11. Their properties shall be at least those of
* |5 t* w9 x& @. h0 K  P• light polyvinyl chloride sheathed cord (code designation 60227 IEC 52), for appliances
" g) [9 ^/ x1 @9 H" ohaving a mass not exceeding 3 kg;  w' e! G& L, t6 t
• ordinary polyvinyl chloride sheathed cord (code designation 60227 IEC 53), for other: y1 z% Y# b  X* M' D, i

– Heat resistant polyvinyl chloride sheathed.8 X; j& z0 T" C5 `  D) S
These cords shall not be used for type X attachment other than specially prepared cords." M: v' G4 ?& [+ ?
Their properties shall be at least those of1 I. T5 ~; {* I5 i' V" j
• heat-resistant light polyvinyl chloride sheathed cord (code designation 60227 IEC 56),
$ f: X' M8 v% ]1 Cfor appliances having a mass not exceeding 3 kg;
. x9 a( T1 l7 d, _• heat-resistant polyvinyl chloride sheathed cord (code designation 60227 IEC 57), for
' \7 ?) i( z* K- X5 n4 {5 Q, B5 D+ gother appliances.

好贴,很实用!提醒做外贸的企业不能完全依照GB4706.1-2005判断产品。。。。。
