When a high chair is fitted with harness or belt attachment points these shall not be damaged when tested in accordance with EN14988-2:2006, clause 6.7, The attachment points shall be independently fixed and each shall at all times remain within 50mm of the front of the back rest and not more than 75mm above the chair seat(see figure location of haness or belt attachment points) .! ~/ y6 j; k, Z- J5 N

第二部份的測試方法與第一部份的要求好象不是很相配，怎麼樣理解圖中的50和75距離，求高手解答一下。

此標准中第一部分所述的50mm與75mm 是指安全帶在高餐椅上的位置向前不可超過50mm,向上不可超過75mm的一個范圍內。  n4 {- i# I( b
第二部分所述的則是安全帶在任何方向進行150N維持1MIN的拉力測試不應該脫出或其它安全性問題。8 D1 M+ L+ k& r' J; O( C
, e8 R' t7 {: g2 g/ @/ _4 }
不知樓主是不是這樣理解。

   第一個是安全帶固定在高餐椅上的位置要求。: \: L1 x; g. p6 d# I
   第二個是安全帶測試的方法與力度要求。

你意思是測試過程中椅背和椅底的偏移，但測試方法中並沒有要求放dummy.

不是的，这个测试不需要放DUMMY的，你上面这个图片的英文标准里已经说明了安全带的固定点要在阴影位置的区域，即向前不超过50MM与向上不超过70MM的区域，如果超过这个区域，则判定不合格。这个是安全带固定点位置的尺寸要求。第二部分测试则是对固定点的拉力是否牢固。

楼主还做什么婴儿产品，咱好久没有做了，想转回去做这个。刚才与以前的朋友电话，说现在这行业也不好做呀。   生存空间越来越小了。

1 D& T  S& M% Z- A2 @1 G; ZThe maximum movement of the straps and adjusters shall be 20 mm, when tested in accordance with EN14988-2:2006, clause 6.8.  當按Part 2 6.8的要求進行測試時帶與調節器的最大位移將不能超過20mm。 此點的理解是帶與調節器，比如，安全帶上有調節固定小孩的日型扣是否滑動超過20mm. 另外的一種理解是安全帶的當固定點設計成可滑動式的時候，它的偏移是否超過20mm。這種設計最容易導致小孩產生危險的情形。

我之前做過 Stroller ,bouncer, High chair, crib and cots ,Frame carrier and soft carrier ,infant seat etc.

这是针对高脚椅安装有额外连接点的要求(可有/可无)它要求安全带的固定点在任何时候(包括在做150N的强度测试时,)也要保持在吃范围内.

part 2 中6.7 的测试主要针对肩带或腰带的固定点的牢固性测试, 在任何最容易fail 的方向施加150N的拉力后不可以烂或脱落.0 e% C! a  B1 ?+ t
6.8 的测试主要针对带子的抗滑动性的测试, (一般high chair 的腰带设计都是活动的可调节的) ,同样也要在最不利的方向施加150N的拉力后滑动不可以超过20CM.  当然了,在6.8 的测试中同样带子的固定点也不能fail.
