7.11 当产品的外壳上有如图7.3那样的一个开口,并且此开口的最小边长度大于等于1英寸时,如果能够满足:- T8 `* z- h  B( B6 m8 G  E

0 F' e% E' C& w1 Q' m5 {A)在以开口内边为中心,距离为R的周长范围内,同时, E2 R( I4 J1 ~
B)距开口外表面X距离的范围内* v$ h- l. [# \* Q  s3 L8 R

$ v, ?, y! _" P- A没有任何未绝缘带电体或者漆包线,则认为是可接受的.* t  X! C1 O) m1 O

T为外壳厚度,R等于X-T,并且X应当等于最大可伸入开口圆棒直径的5倍但不应小于6-1/16英寸.在评估开口时,任何挡板都应当被忽略除非该挡板在外壳上的投影可以和开口2边外壳形成一个连续封闭的线.
