比如我饮水机产品（类似产品还有蒸汽清洗机）上用到硅胶水管，那么这个水管是一定要模拟破裂泄漏测试吗？如果我采用厚度1.5mm同时经受了22.32氧弹老化测试的水管，是否可以认为该水管不会破裂，也就不需要做22.6后面的测试了？2 z, R: [% T h

按道理来说标准没有豁免条件，就需要通过后面给出的测试来判定。% E+ H6 p% e7 w& P2 S0 _

1. 测试前是否需要将水管认为破坏？4 L1 D: I5 Q" {) _1 I% y
2. 测试用的试液量是多少？ ! H7 X @6 n$ V6 N+ E7 V3. 如果不需要破坏水管，那么也就是考核接头处的密封性，对吗？ / m. n" w1 U$ N: I0 M, [7 k4 C) q+ c1 d* R u) u
如果标准的意思是基于水管一定会破裂为前提，那么就只有将沿水路的电气部件（内部导线、电控盒PCB）有效隔开、封胶，增加排水孔，这在结构上很难实现，而且成本高了不少。而且好像从根本上解决不了问题，水足够多的时候水碰到内部线不可避免，防触电怎么办，29章也满足不了的。# Y- w% z) {" ~0 n
