标题: T8灯管申请SAA
大家对AS/NZS 60598.2.1:2014 AnnexA如下的标记的这句话是如何理解的？

Lamp caps shall be securely fixed in position and the lamp cap fixing shall not be affected
0 w2 `* ~6 S  F, X0 K% p% o. Xby heat.
6 P+ b5 t# n9 i; KCompliance shall be checked by the following test:
This test shall be applied to a new sample not previously tested.
Where the lamp cap fixing uses cement or chemical bonding, the lamp cap fixing shall be
subject to a treatment of 2000 ±50 h at a temperature of 85 ±5°C with the lamp not
/ s8 L! l& U5 t; I" a4 lenergized.
After the treatment, the test specified in Paragraph A11.2 shall be applied. However, the
8 N! ?- F- y3 V4 @screws and their fixings shall comply with the requirements of the torque test on screws of
$ Q% w# H  Z& }: m$ N. ?Section 4 of AS/NZS 60598.1.

如果只用一个卡扣固定灯管跟灯头部分， 是否需要做2000H？

该条款的要求是针对于Lamp cap与Tube之间的固定方式（如胶等化学物质的固定）的湿热稳定性测试的要求。
7 [& i; h9 t6 d6 k你说的一个卡扣固定灯管跟灯头部分，如果满足screws or a similar mechanical connection的要求是不必进行该项测试的

机械固定不需要，如果是打胶就需要

我最近也碰到过这种结构，现在SAA没有提出问题，不知道过几天会不会提出问题。
- z4 Z+ |4 b- U7 u) y& ~1 T还有SAA提出一定要标Tc,以前都没要求过。
) [0 I( Q/ H: f& @  L刚查过标准，确实是有要求，有可能是以前的审核工程师没有太在意这点。还是？
A 5.2(e) A value for allowable case temperature tc and a marked point of measurement.

卡扣属于“ similar mechanical connection ”， 不需要做2000小时的老化测试。

我也是这么理解的，不过两端都只有一个卡扣。 还有J哥，你以前做灯管SAA有碰到过一定要体现Tc不？
