灯具IEC60598-1第4.14.6说：对于可调节的电源插座的灯具施加总的扭矩在调节过程中不超过0.5Nm,请问这个扭矩是怎么计算的，比如一个小夜灯类似的电源插座安装的灯具，插头处可以360度旋转，
1.这样的灯具算是标准里提到的可调节的电源插座的灯具吗？

2.先要对灯具称重找打灯具重心，然后测量重心到电源插座8mm处的距离，计算数值和标准规定值比较，请问这个力臂是重心垂直插座所在平面的那个垂直距离吗？然后灯具的重力乘以力臂？
