标题: 关于EN62115中6.2的疑惑
6.2中有提到玩具不工作和短路限流装置，一欧姆电阻接在电源两端，那还短路限流装置有什么意义？

6.2章不是一定要满足的，是减免测试章节，如果不满足6.2，就要满足标准对应的其它章节，这个用1欧姆电阻桥接在电源两端的测试是从能量上判定有没有危险，如果样品电源的本身的能量小，一短路电压下降得差不多了，那很标准对应的部分章节可以不测

这个我知道，我疑惑的是既然1欧姆电阻是接到电池两端，那还要短路限流装置的意义又在哪里？

6.2 Battery-driven toys, in which:
- The accessible insulation between parts having different polarities cannot be broken by a straight steel wire having a diameter of 0,5 mm and a minimum length of 25 mm;
- After all current-limiting devices have been short-circuited, the battery voltage does not exceed 2,5 V (measured 1 s after a 1-ohm resistor has been connected between the toy’s supply terminals);
Should only comply with sections 7, 9.3, 13, 14 and 20. The required components to comply with section 9 should comply with section 16.

这是标准的原话，要短路限流装置后，再连接个1欧的电阻，1S后看电压有没超过2,5V

我手上只有2005版：

the total battery voltage does not exceed 2,5 V, measured 1 s after a 1 Ÿ resistor has
been connected between the supply terminals of the toy, with any current limiting device
short-circuited and without the toy being operated.

在后面有说要短接限流设备，也就是一定要看接1欧之后电压是否降低到2.5伏。不知道你手上标准有没有这个条件，个人觉得限流装置不失效的话就没意义了。

您好。
玩具 62115 第6.2条款，第二段测试要求，是两个测试来的。
第一，就是玩具不工作的状态，那就是电源端与一欧电阻相连来测试。
第二，就是玩具工作的状态，这是并联的关系。一欧电阻也是有阻值，也会消耗能量，所以一欧电阻接到电源端并不是把电源端短路掉，电源是给是玩具后面的电路和一欧电阻一起并联供电。所以标准考虑到这种情况，要短路限流装置，不要给限流装置动作，来测量电源的电压。来评估是否安全。
