The water surface tension measurement was required ) p. }9 A$ A$ galso in the IEC 61646 Ed.1, but this requirement was deleted in the second edition. J0 O7 k8 J# F- ^$ W' H3 QThe WG2 of TC82 has made the same decision for the upcoming IEC 61215 Ed.3# i- r% P& Y; i0 e) e( l
standard. This standard, however, is not due to be released until 2010 or later. It is,! |( U/ }0 M& g. G" ], f
