标题: 关于北美UL/ETL对于关键零部件的要求
各位大侠：
, }! [1 O1 R) `. Q/ L- A      在北美UL/ETL认证时候，我们如何根据一个要认证的整机来判断所使用的认证标准？根据整机所使用的一些零部件如何判断哪些是属于关键零部件，如何判断这些关键零部件是否需要具有UL认证，如果没有，做随机测试时按照什么标准对此零部件做测试(有此零部件的标准可以按照标准做，如果此零部件没有标准，又是属于关键零部件的话怎么办)？

   像我们在做3C认证时，会有一个3C强制性产品认证目录，里面就含有所有需要认证的产品，及其参考标准，然后根据产品所属的分类，会有一个认证的细则来指导，需要做一些什么工作，包含哪些关键零部件，零部件如何测试都在里面。. E) V5 j. ?+ o9 \9 ?& \

   所以想问下在北美UL/ETL认证时，是否有这些类似的UL认证细则等来指导，如有的话，一般在哪找？& c# k  d$ W( V8 U0 d4 S

举个实例，例如LED灯条做UL认证，里面有很多零部件，哪些是要有相关认证的，如果没有怎么操作，怎么判定那些是重要零部件呢。

肯定有一份或者多份详细的细则来指导他们工作的

这个真的不好说，建议先参照Fasten的NRTL来源以及美国的电工法以及对标准的理解。

光伏产品块，UL有一份内部的重测导则，ETL也有一份，据我所知，其实ETL和UL的重测导则有比较大的区别，ETL比较偏向于美规安全性测试，而ETL一般偏向于欧标性能测试，但是不管怎样，两者的最终测试依据还是UL1703，UL首先会要求测试一个整机产品，然后会要求关键零部件(像J-BOX、线缆、背板等)也要有UL的认证，但是假如这个时候你的线缆刚好没有UL认证，J-BOX有认证，那么就有一个比较变通的方法就是让线缆和该J-BOX必须有一个随机测试来证明我的线缆和J-BOX的匹配是没有问题的，随机测试的费用会比认证的费用低，测试项目和周期也会少，但是缺点是这种线缆只能使用在做过随机测试的J-BOX上.

我理解你的回复仅说明在标准里面有component of a product 的说明，即零部件可以从标准里面找到，但是关于product参考什么标准，好像没说啊？一开始肯定先要确定product standrand

不同的CCN对应不同的美标，有空细细研究这些标准，你的问题就不是难题了。

UL的不很了解，倒是ETL的有个初步检查，他会给你一个CDR，会列出需要给规格和认证的零件清单

只要有CCN或参考标准的都要，我理解为标准件，就需要了，不过这只是个人理解。不过UL对关键零部件也没有明确的说明
