For an appliance having a preheat cycle of operation as defined in 3.23, the maximum input value measured during the preheat cycle, with the appliance at room temperature at the beginning of the measurement, is to be used to determine compliance with the requirement specified in 36.1. 前面说那么大一段，其实是说功率限制的，要看关键语句 r6 C) e* \# }; L! p0 B; Q- c

说的就是PTC发热器具是测试通电后，在最大档位下，正常运行1分钟时的功率，如果遇到部分特殊PTC发热器具，在1分钟时测的的值是跳动的，那就记录跳动前的功率。$ h: x; N$ x( [* i1 B" c1 p
