Each cooking zone is operated with an enamelled steel vessel filled with tap water up to 80 %

A cooking zone with more than one induction coil shall be measured with two load conditions.2 [8 G: h5 h1 e! e# k
The first measurement shall be performed with the smallest coil of the zone activated. The

The smallest usable standard vessel shall be placed in the centre of each cooking zone. For

Cooking zones which are not intended for use with even vessels (e.g. wok-zones) shall be

Material of the vessel: the induction cooking method has been developed for ferromagnetic

NOTE Some vessels on the market are manufactured from alloys with a ferromagnetic portion. However, these& ]0 T: D' s2 A9 O
utensils might influence the sensing circuit for vessel displacement./ p2 H; P8 Q( R/ p L
7.6.8 Electric welding equipment
8 N/ a5 d1 P- f( b ]- bFor arc welding equipment, the welding operation during the test is simulated by loading the# _; Y" i5 Z3 c
equipment with a conventional load. Arc striking and stabilising devices shall be switched off! w; Y7 d5 r# q- \
during the emission measurements. The load conditions and the test configuration for arc _0 e1 g( \3 O" _( S/ n w4 n
welding equipment are specified in IEC 60974-10.
