5.19 Measurements of cell voltages or battery voltages shall be made using a single pole resistive-capacitive low pass filter with a –3 dB roll off frequency of 5 kH±0,5 kHz. To determine if the upper limit charging voltage has been exceeded, the peak value of the filtered voltage shall be measured with a tolerance of ±1 %.

应使用单极电阻电容低通滤波器测量电池电压或电池电压，其-3 dB滚降频率为5 kHz±0.5 kHz。为确定充电电压是否超过上限，应测量过滤电压的峰值，公差为±1%。

测量电池电压或电池电压时，应包括超过平均值10%的任何叠加纹波的峰值。瞬态电压会被忽略，例如，在将蓄电池从充电系统中取出后，电压会临时升高。
