II类器具，通过外壳的开口，试验指触及到了带电部件的基本绝缘。
现在想用两层电工绝缘胶布缠绕在基本绝缘上作为附加绝缘。

如果不可以，违反了标准的哪些条款？

个人认为，需要符合绝缘耐热，绝缘就是附加绝缘的耐压试验，耐热应当没问题，如果有认证自然更好，但是29章貌似对附加绝缘有厚度要求，你的绝缘胶布行吗？

虽然厚度小于1mm，但是隔着外壳，有必要进行21.2的刮擦试验吗？

. V% L* u( h( H. X, ?第19章试验时温升值不超过表3，不必进行干热试验。
所以我找不出不可以使用的依据。

以面两种情况OK
1， 加一层厚于1mm的套管
2，加两层可套管（每层需分别可通过电气强度测试）

or have a sufficient number of layers, to withstand the electrical stresses that can be expected

Compliance is checked
– by measurement, in accordance with 29.3.1, or
' z5 R# N' K: E4 x( C4 o! x– by an electric strength test in accordance with 29.3.2, if the insulation consists of more
9 v  P7 s  q# D; m7 q+ Z! athan one separate layer, other than natural mica or similar flaky material, or
– by an assessment of the thermal quality of the material combined with an electric strength
test, in accordance with 29.3.3 and for accessible parts of reinforced insulation
consisting of a single layer, by measurement in accordance with 29.3.4, or
% y# d) q: x" C# A– as specified in Subclause 6.3 of IEC 60664-4 for insulation that is subjected to any
periodic voltage having a frequency that exceeds 30 kHz.

– 1 mm for supplementary insulation;
% d0 G* K0 q4 P0 S2 S1 {– 2 mm for reinforced insulation.
! N/ a8 I( ?3 `8 I4 E5 |29.3.2 Each layer of material shall withstand the electric strength test of 16.3 for
supplementary insulation. Supplementary insulation shall consist of at least 2 layers of
  v% o* C1 m1 [material and reinforced insulation of at least 3 layers.
29.3.3 The insulation is subjected to the dry heat test Bb of IEC 60068-2-2 for 48 h at a
temperature of 50 K in excess of the maximum temperature rise measured during the test of
Clause 19. At the end of the period, the insulation is subjected to the electric strength test of
16.3 at the conditioning temperature and also after it has cooled down to room temperature.
If the temperature rise of the insulation measured during the tests of Clause 19 does not
exceed the value specified in Table 3, the test of IEC 60068-2-2 is not carried out.

要是符合绝缘要求的话个人觉得应该可以的，但一定要可靠固定，比如加根扎带

我最近也在找这个问题，找不到理由不能用，但又觉得不合适。请问前辈您当时是怎么解决的？

量产产品中，不应该使用电工胶布这种东西进行绝缘，
  r3 x, T: M7 V0 }1.因为用胶是不可靠的固定方式，
6 ?8 s5 t3 P( g/ f% t2.你无法控制胶带缠绕的总厚度，
3.改小开口挡住试验指，或者安装挡柱试验指的零件不碰到带电部分，
