是里面一个螺旋灯泡座（内黑线框），再在外面用灯柱组合而成一个E10的灯头，E10泡子从上部旋进已组合的灯座。


我想请问，这个里面的灯泡座（黑线框）算不算是8.2.6提到的COVER？？？

若答案是肯定的，那做拉力又该如何实施？我是直接拉灯泡来测试里面的灯泡座与外壳之间的稳定性可以吗？谢谢！

黑色线框不算是Cover，外面红色线框应该可以看成是Cover。我理解的Cover是包裹基本绝缘。按照你图片结构分析黑色线框部分它是一个基本绝缘整体。

楼主，根据我的理解，这项考核类似插头插座IEC 60884-1标准的条款。
3 e/ Q/ m% |+ z7 f0 Z* F. ^  这个COVER你所画出的都不属于，它应该类似于产品外壳，比方说墙壁插座，它有一个提供防触电的外盖板，这个盖板就是COVER，因为没有专门的固定装置（如螺钉），但要求这个盖板不能随便取下，但在力度较大时又必须取下，所以规定了两个力，施加小力时取不下，大力时必须取下。这里就是20和80N，灯具和插头插座标准不像家电那么考究，专门有个22.11的可拆卸部件试验。
