不知道您指的是什么产品？但是如果是交流电源线的话，应该是要做VDE认证的

无论是内部电源线还是外部电源线（只要是用于危险电压的）都需要认证！

导线都是要认证的吧，0.5mm2这种只是限制电流大小罢了

导线本身是没有VDE认证的，除UL设计导线认证外，象227IEC08等导线也只有我们的CCC认证涉及，根本就没有VDE认证的。但电缆则有。所以现在我们做出口强电线都尽量用UL线。实在是找不到VDE认证的导线，而我们的CCC则认证公司又不认可。

但电源线一般是要有认证的,做随机也可以但要加不少费用！

以下是EN60335：2002关于电线须有认证的要求：

3 E  j: W7 H3 ?# M3 F% A0 S25.7 Supply cords shall not be lighter than
– braided cord (code designation 60245 IEC 51), if allowed in the relevant part 2;
– ordinary polychloroprene sheathed flexible cord (code designation 60245 IEC 57);
– ordinary tough rubber sheathed cord (code designation 60245 IEC 53);
– flat twin tinsel cord (code designation 60227 IEC 41), if allowed in the relevant part 2;
– light polyvinyl chloride sheathed cord (code designation 60227 IEC 52), for appliances

– ordinary polyvinyl chloride sheathed cord (code designation 60227 IEC 53), for appliances

NOTE A lower number in the code designation of the cord in IEC 60227 or IEC 60245 indicates a lighter type.

external metal parts exceeds 75 K during the test of clause 11. However, they may be used if
# c, v- W" E# ]– the appliance is constructed so that the supply cord is not likely to touch such metal parts
in normal use;
( C: q6 Y* j, I+ H+ N+ r+ n– the supply cord is appropriate for higher temperatures. In this case, type Y attachment
or type Z attachment shall be used.
Compliance is checked by inspection and by measurement.
