在IEC标准中应该是先打泄露再打耐压,标准中有明确要求(IEC60335-1):

美规中好像没有要求耐压与泄露的顺序,不过一般的做法都是先打泄露,让器具工作到热稳定状态再打耐压(考虑到产品在高温下的耐高压能力比冷态下弱)。) H1 s3 b* H$ Z' m
