我想请问，这个里面的灯泡座（黑线框）算不算是8.2.6提到的COVER？？？
若装进灯泡后，这个灯泡(红色椭圆状)又是不是8.2.6中所提到的other parts？？？

楼主，根据我的理解，这项考核类似插头插座IEC 60884-1标准的条款。
! w) m& x, T1 |+ W7 u  这个COVER你所画出的都不属于，它应该类似于产品外壳，比方说墙壁插座，它有一个提供防触电的外盖板，这个盖板就是COVER，因为没有专门的固定装置（如螺钉），但要求这个盖板不能随便取下，但在力度较大时又必须取下，所以规定了两个力，施加小力时取不下，大力时必须取下。这里就是20和80N，灯具和插头插座标准不像家电那么考究，专门有个22.11的可拆卸部件试验。

. E) ?# j6 P2 I3 S还有一个分歧就是，此时是否考虑更换光源时打开产品的情况。如果考虑的话，那么后面的部分就类似COVER；如果不考虑，就只有产品外壳。

黑色线框不算是Cover，外面红色线框应该可以看成是Cover。我理解的Cover是包裹基本绝缘。按照你图片结构分析黑色线框部分它是一个基本绝缘整体。

至于测试你应该分清楚：你说的拉力测试？？？我想你在仔细的理解一下这个章节的意思。
